Hey. I am very frustrated with 343 and Halo Waypoint. I received an email for my code to unlock the new specializations. However, when I entered the code, it said, “This code has already been used.” I have no way to contact 343 or Halo Waypoint so I called xbox support who told me to call Waypoint. I would love to do that but, you guys dont have a phone. So, how do i get assistance or is there no hope. Please contact me through my email which you all should have. My gamertag is Sveif.
