In January 2015，I received a message which contains one-month-gold code for mcc’s Multiple trouble。I haven’t used it yet，but xbox message system cleaned it up。I have talked to xbox live service but they did nothing and pushed me come here。My xboxlive id is“lizhuojunglobal”，please help me deal with it，thank you。
It wasn’t a code you were sent it was just a message saying that it was added to the end of your subscription you don’t need to do anything.

Not everyone had their account updated, some players have received codes from Xbox Live.
@lizhuojunglobal - If you make a post over on this part of the Xbox Live Support forums, someone should be able to help you out. What I would do first of all though, is check your account to make sure it was not updated. You can do so by visiting http://commerce.microsoft.com
