Hello I need help : I can’ t qualify after I played 10 games of ranked arena. There is also no progress (0/10) How can i fix this bug :frowning: ?

yea i’m having the same problem, and i’m playing the new map tyrant EVERY GAME, like they just deleted every other map, what’s going on here ??

What playlist are you playing? Does this affect other playlists?

Hey OP, just to check - are the last 10 games on your service record accurate? Or are there other games you have played in the last few days that don’t show up?

Sometimes my req points or ex points dont register. It tells me retreiving data. Never experienced that, but just backing out an resetting might help. Hope you get that figured out.

the problem with playing the same map every game is fixed now for me somehow, my rank still doesn’t update though.

Are the last 10 games on your service record accurate? Or are there other games you have played in the last few days that don’t show up? Your service record only shows 1 ranked match in the last 10 games, the rest are social matches

Well actually i’m playing on another account and my brother has the same problem on his account, the last 10 games on the accounts which i used are accurate though.
