Hi, I’m on the part of one of the later missions in Halo: CEA where you have to destroy the 3rd/final pulse thing. However, it is way up high and I have backtracked and searched everywhere, killed EVERY enemy, and could not find a Banshee. This makes completing the mission impossible. There is one Elite in a Banshee but it does not seem possible to hijack and you can’t get it out of the sky without destroying it. Furthermore, every time I die I spawn way far away from the nearest firefight and have to walk all the way back because I got a random checkpoint in the middle of nowhere. It’s really annoying. I mean, I’m doing this on Easy. I’ve searched everywhere on the internet and I just cannot figure out how to get a Banshee/complete Final Run. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Wish I could help, but it sounds like your banshees might’ve blown up or something else. I say this because you said that you already looked at walkthroughs on the internet and still no luck. You may have to restart the mission.

The banshees are meant to be in the area with two wraiths. If you’ve checked and they aren’t there, try going back to the door underground which blew up and re-complete the level. there are a bunch of triggers in order to spawn the banshees and you might have missed one.
There are 2 of them by the rocks at the end being “guarded” by 2 wraiths, pair of hunters and a bunch of other covies. in the 10 years ive been playing CE though i have never heard of them NOT spawning.
What do you mean by Final Run? The area where the Elite in the Banshee spawns? The frozen pond area that has like 6 rocket launcher Flood? If you mean either of those locations, there are no Banshees there.

@op The only time the Banshees don’t spawn is when you don’t allow the second group of Flood in the underground area to spawn. But since you spawned the enemy Banshee, the Banshees should be there. So it seems you have just lost your way around.
Alright thank you so much everybody I figured out that there was a certain group of Flood that, when killed, caused the Banshees to spawn in an area far away from me that I thought had nothing. I have now completed the entire game lol. Anyways thanks again.
