PLEASE HELP!! Halo 5 Having Very Poor Connection

For the past 3 weeks now I have had an unplayable gaming experience playing Halo 5 multiplayer. I keep disconnecting from arena, warzone and custom games (the more players that are in it, the faster I disconnect) every 5-10 mins. Not to mention my REQs rarely load in the start menu, and never load in a warzone game. Even when it does load in the menu, typically my armor, helmets etc have “<baddisprops>” in front of everything, which basically just means that it did not load properly, but typically what happens is that when I launch me REQs from the main menu, it either loads forever and not at all, or when I try to launch it, it says that there is an error and my “REQs could no be loaded at this time.”

Meanwhile, the Halo Wars 2 beta runs fine and I never disconnect (other than issues having to do with the beta that others are experiencing as well)
Battlefield 4 with a whole 64 players in conquest loads fine with 0 lag in game, and battlepacks load fine.
My connection as a whole is OK enough, but NOT with Halo 5.

Can someone help me on this issue?

My NAT is moderate, and I sometimes go between a 10-25 mb download speed and a 600 kbps upload speed. My ping goes between a 20-60 ms connection on average
I live in San Diego County, CA and I have a Pace 5268AC Router provided free from my internet provider, AT&T.

PLEASE HELP!!

Try setting you NAT to Open. Moderate is too restrictive. Give that a try and report back here an let us know how it works then.

Is there an easy way to set it to open? Port forwarding seems to be a pain in the -Yoink-.

I would google how to Open your Nat on xbox. Halo5 is very funky and very picky out of all other games I have had. I will do some digging and see what I can find out. Port forwarding is a pain and I haven’t done it yet but I know I will… I have been browsing other sites on extra ports to open just for halo. Most say it helps but it is far from perfect. I wish I could be of more help but this game has its issues that im still trying to grind out! :-/ Post back here if you figure something out or if you still have issues. We are our only support!

I was able to manually modify my IP settings on my xbox one and get my NAT type to Open, but I am still having issues on Halo 5. Things have improved, and I lag out less frequently in games, now only every 7-13 mins and sometimes my REQs load ok in the menus, more often than before. But I am still getting booted out of games and my REQs do not load in Warzone games at all still. Thanks for your help on this topic
