Please help, did not receive Blitz packs...

I bought quite a few blitz packs for Halo Wars and did not receive them and got emailed/charged for them it’s been over 2 hours now… Gamer tag is KarmAvenger I play on PC. Order # 7700950918 and Order # 2117143234

Contacted Microsoft Billing and all they could offer is a chance of a refund.

Inside the game. I even tried signing out of live, back in. Still no packs, I think if i don’t get them by tomorrow i’ma just request a refund and hope they allow it.

you wont get the packs, no matter what, i also got scamed, they have no control over their micotransactions in this -Yoink- game called halo wars 2

Try logging in here and see if they appear there: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-gb/games/halo-wars-2/packs/unopenedIf not… then yeah refund probably your only option

Well rip me, they denied my refund… i so got ripped off… i’m soooooooo ticked…

Also getting paypal involved cause buyers protection. Sigh it shouldn’t have to come to this I like this game but i don’t like burning 105$ on content I didn’t receive.

Well, Microsoft refused the refund also they were able to just say "they received the content even tho clearly not… never buying any micro transaction bs from ms ever again
