ok so we all know that the codes and the dlc was messed up, and its both 343 and MS fault but i have also noticed that alot and i mean like at least 50 peeps i played with and or know got the dlc for free cause MS screwed up again… what im asking is that you help the peeps that bought LE or the map pass either get some points back or give us something special for getting the pass since you made no money on it for the peeps that got it free i think others here may also help you by posting that they payed for it and MS owes both the gamers with the pass and you compensation… will check back later to see if there is a reply.
Also the license for the free (trial) expires 12/18 and those folks will then o Lu be able to use the maps in customs unless they buy the pass or spend 800 MP.
Was the whole thing aggravating? Certainly. But just move on. Growing pains of taking on such a huge fan base for 343i, but MS should know better. Hopefully the future of the franchise learns well from the lessons learned since 11/6.
AtimicVariable I totally agree with you, but it’s not growing pains the fact is 343 just promised way too much and can’t deliver best example of this is Spartan ops 10 weeks strait. I knew that would never happen. Enjoy the mid-season break lol

wow guess you need a attitude adjustment first off go -Yoink- yourself and stop being a total -Yoink-. second i didnt know nor does most that the dlc is a free trail for people who didnt buy the pass, LE, or just pay the 800 points for it. third with all the screw-ups on the game so far how are you certain that it will only be a trail?
Since you are on the forum in the first place with all of your complaints, perhaps you should bother to read some of the other content here. Then you would not be so un-informed.
If you are in the dark, blame yourself. How exactly do you expect game information to be disseminated? A 343i rep at your door just for you?
I can tell from your writing style and attitude that educating yourself is certainly not a priority, so just keep on complaining and flaming others that fill you in on what you did not know Oregon. I’m sure that will get you the information you seek in a timely manner.
And I am a LE owner. So to me you just sound like a whiner.
I agree that it was mishandled and frustrating, as were other issues.

They announced the mid season break long before it happened though. At least we will get a handful of new locations for the second half. I guess I better register for the tournament so I have something to track until mid January.
