It’s pretty disappointing to see these forums getting shut down, but there’s plenty of other chatter about that available.
I know it might be difficult due to the timeline, but I think 343 should create a special emblem or name plate to use in MCC and Infinite for players who have been active on waypoint within the last year.
People have created a lot of connections and good memories on these forums. Give us something to remember those with going forward.
Yes give us active members a nameplate and emblem for our time here. A badge of honor and testament that we cared and were active community members. It could just be the waypoint logo. Something for our efforts.
It would be awesome to get an emblem for Halo Infinite like the Insider nameplate but just with waypoint

This is a good idea, and it would be a nice farewell present for the forum users. Nothing to crazy, so they aren’t breaking their bank or using up too many employees. Honestly though, I’d be pretty shocked if they actually did this.
I wear the “1th” nameplate on MCC. That’s basically the same thing 
It’s probably 343’s only way to get any goodwill out of this tbh. That’s why I’m hopeful it could eventually happen.
Someone at 343/MS should be able to write a MSSS query toat least generate a list of user ID’s to save. It’s not like the nameplate has to be given by March whatever end date. The list of users could be given the name plate later…
We’ve gotten helioskrill in h5 for completing h2a legendary, watchdog in Infinite for 152 in h5 and we even had armor unlocks for using Waypoint back in Reach. It’s the least you could do 343i. Just give us something to remember this.

Honestly, I’ve known they don’t pay attention here for a really long time now and just liked the community. Luckily the community is always around!
