Please 343, everyone i dont care what it takes to get this message across… Please make a Hardcore competitive playlist. Or at the very least keep everything the way it is and make a BR/DMR/Carbine start weapon weapon playlist.
I am loosing my mind getting killed by shitties, because they come flying around the corner and use the AR; which takes little to no skill.
I also spend half the matches running around towards the known BR spawns (many times) dying in the process trying to get these precision rifles.
Automatics are supposed to dominate at close range. If you keep getting killed by them, maybe you should aim better or simply get out of their engagement range.
Don’t implement BR/DMR starts again, they make the game so incredibly boring.

This or nerf the crap out of the noob guns, or make them harder to use

Its funny cause my fav settings in Halo 5 involve turning off Sprint, Ground Pound and Shoulder Charges, maxing the speed on Clamber, 120% jump height, 120% Move Speed, 90% Grenade throw speed (longer time between throws), kept thruster cause I like it and its need for some jumps and some other changes I might have forgot. No Radar and Magnum only starts.

Yep. Hopefully this shows the devs that that “hardcore” crowd isn’t worth catering to, as they’ll NEVER be satisfied, are toxic as a community, and are a major minority.
And I’m getting really, REALLY sick of seeing so-called “pros” whining about ARs and other weapons. If they’re so “Pro”, why don’t they, oh, I don’t know, USE COUNTERING TACTICS? (AKA engage from long range, use booster doge, etc…)
I suggest using the pistol until you can get your hands on a precision rifle, since a perfect kill with the pistol, if you manage to headshot once their shields go down, easily outmatches an AR, even at close range.
Meh, if the AR is so nooby and cheap,(which i don’t think it really is) why not just get good with it and dominate the noobs? you can also make sure your pistol game is on point as well, instead of just rushing to every br spawn. I used to think precision weapon starts were the way to go, but as i’m playing the game more and more, i see that 343 really knew what they were doing when they decided to make it ar/pistol starts. The game wouldn’t be as balanced if it was br starts. It’s better this way, and i’m a lover of the br all the way.

If you are getting trumped by AR’s and all you’re doing is rushing for a weapon spawn without watching you back then you are NOT a competitive hardcore player. And trying to call other players “shitties” because they are better than you is really low.
