Halo Community,There is a major delay between my account and the 343 servers. Specifically pertaining to the H3 playlist and the ranking system. I’ll play for an entire night without going up or down and then I’ll turn my Xbox on and realize that I’ve either gone up or down. I checked Halo Waypoint this morning and noticed that the last games that it’s recorded for my account were on 11/11/2017. I played with my buddy lRON M 1 K E last night in a team of 4 against other teams of 4 all who all had higher ranks than 40 and we won 8 out of last 9 ranked H3 games and my account didn’t go up or down. During this time my buddy lRON M 1 K E went from a 36 to a 40, and I was outplaying him the majority of the games… Can someone please tell me how I can get my account to link with the 343 servers so I can continue ranking up my account correctly? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Hows your networking and ISP services configured?
Whats you ISP mfr and model#? Stand alone modem is preferred.
Whats your router Mfr and model#?
How is your xbox connected to your router? Wired or wireless? Wired is preferred.

These are all good questions, if we look at all this and switch them around will it fix it? What should they all be set too and when I get home I will switch them up.
You would need to fill in the answers to the questions before I can make recommendations. There are many factors in getting good connections and ISP, network infrastructure and configuration could play a roll in gaming experiences. We need some details…

Well, i haven’t see this issue for me and others haven’t mentioned it as well…so it may be a problem else where…
Let us know about what your have and your configuration.
Mines all wired with the consoles and use a stand alone modem and a external router. ISP service is 200/10.
