One of my friends is a pos that pays for the halo MCC cheats. He let me look at the source code and honestly…
It’s interesting, injecting into memory and tricking the game into thinking the program is the anti-cheat.
I then spoke with the developer asking him why he made it. He just said easy money… He doesn’t even play.
I asked him if he had plans for infinite… This is what he had to say
"
I’m not breaking any EULA
I already have like 3 other devs I’m working with
Devs who’s chets never got detected before
Gonna be easiest halo to hek on"
Then after I went off on him basically saying I respect that he’s found a way to make $, but its immoral.
He then said
“343 can easily patch this, but they stupid xddddd”
The man already has plans to hack infinite and its going to be free to play.
Get banned? Big whoop just make a new account and do it again.
He said its an easy patch… I hope it gets figured out.
Injection isn’t a new method and it’s very detectable. We’re also talking about an unknown anti-cheat for a game that isn’t even out yet. As for the guy claiming their cheats were “never detected” that’s a bold statement for a cheat that’ll be uploaded for public use. All it takes is 343i getting their hands on a copy of it and patching whatever holes that cheat utilizes.
Your friend pays for cheats, and they come with the source code? I don’t know exactly how cheats work since I tend to stay as far away as possible from it, but I don’t know, so far I haven’t really ran into any cheaters (which is impressive)

Honestly to me the post sounded a bit like the “My dad works at <company name>, so trust me on this!” sort of remarks. If OP managed to prove what he was saying though, chances are it’d end in a forum ban - so… We just have to take it at face value I guess <shrug>
Any game can be cheated, but they will eventually be caught and banned. But Free to play games present a unique problem. There is no barrier to just do it again. At least if the game cost money, or requires Xbox Live Gold, this will cut down on the cheaters.

pretty sure a cheating ban can result in a console ban, can’t it?

It’s going to be on PC too, but yeah.

Why is the world like this. I miss the old days where the only thing that annoyed me was Lag.

Hate to say it but people have been cheating since Halo 2 days.
But yeah I do hate that people are like this, making cheating more accessible is obviously a bad thing. I blame the creator less than the consumer in this case though. Why is there even demand, what do people actually get out of paying to cheat? Wronguns.

If it’s anything like the majority of cheaters in Dark Souls they’re trying to make themselves appear better than they really are. Generally it’s cheating to a point it’s not quite noticeable, but giving them a sizeable advantage. Those cheaters are the worst. I’d rather deal with someone with unlimited health that’s obviously cheating.
Halo Infinite is likely using a very different anti cheat that’s what is in MCC.
Saying something needs to be “fixed” when we haven’t actually got hands on with it is a bit of a stretch.
Let’s wait to see how well the anti cheat works in Halo Infinite and then provide feedback where necessary.

well i viewed the source code through a friend sharing his screen through discord. and i had a conversation with the dev on a discord account i created just for it. the man seems overconfident in his ability to hack infinite. He’s fully convinced that 343 will use EAC as the anti-cheat and the bypass will work the same. i found the dev because he made a video showcasing his hacks and it said add him on discord.
the goal of this post was just to maybe make some ppl aware that there is a dev that 100% has plans of hacking infinite. He is fully convinced that 343 will use EAC again and the same bypass will work. I despise hackers and there are people that use them “wisely” and they toggle them…
With cheaters in the game, when you get bested your reaction should be “he’s just better”… but a small part of you assumes “he’s hacking”.
People that are GREAT at the game deserve the credit of people saying that they’re great… they don’t deserve to be reported for “hacking”.
I truly want to hit the ground running as soon as infinite comes out.
I’m a PC main. super hyped to finally get a halo on pc that is BUILT for it.
If anyone wants to see the full messages exchanged with this guy, let me know.

With the amount of players a triple A game will have that’s like saying water is wet. That “dev” sounds like some kid trying to sound cool. Most cheaters just download cheats online and know nothing of how they’re made. Whoever you are talking to is most likely out of that population.
