i am banned from voice communication til the 12th but i should be able to play multiplayer on halo masterchief collection
but it says multiplayer prilvelages not met
even the xbox live enforvement team said that shouldht happen and that i should contact someone from 343 to fix this

If you were banned, it was for good reason. Just stick it out and wait til the 12th. There are 4 Campaigns and hundreds of achievements you can play/earn in the mean time

Better off waiting, we all know 343 can’t fix things so you’d just be wasting time anyway.

Try starting a campaign mission then exiting out of it. That should fix the issue. Other people had the same issue as well, do a search on the forums.

I’ve actually had this problem occur, have you tried a hard reset? Press and hold your Xbox One’s power button for about five seconds.
