Dear 343,
A few months after Halo 4 came out I was playing online. I noticed in the player menu that it said I had approximately 150 new things. I investigated and found that everything had been “reset”. Armour, loadouts, emblem, you name it. By reset, I mean that I still had everything I had before but it looked like I just started playing Halo 4. I had recruit armour on and the recruit emblem. I redid everything deciding it was no big deal but felt it was weird. I later went to play Campaign for a challenge and found out my LEGENDARY SOLO campaign progress had been erased. I still had the achievements for it though. That ticked me off. I personally not found of Halo 4’s campaign so I didn’t bother replaying it. The same goes for Spartan Ops. It says I have all them beaten on legendary but it says I haven’t watched the episodes. I wasn’t really affected by this and continued on.
Days and Weeks and Months pass until we get to today. I hadn’t played Halo 4 in about a week and the TU came out. I downloaded it and found the same thing happened. This time it annoyed me more but I want a reason as to why this is happening. It took me about 4 hours to beat Halo 4 on legendary solo and I don’t want to do it again. 343 can you please fix this and stop this from happening thrice?
