Having the same issue. Probably due to the high loads placed on the servers or something. Might try again tomorrow and see if things are fixed.
I recieved the email to join the flight and instructions to access it through my halo waypoint messages but I don’t have any!!! Please help
I was able to get the code and install the preview, but the game simply does not work, black loading screen and nothing happens… rip
same proble, it says probleme detected and it keep giving me errors

You have to go through the Xbox Insider App, it’ll be there in the preview section. Mine is currently pending for access to the flight, most-likely will be done tomorrow.

Hit the three bar menu icon at the top of the page and then click the “Halo Insider Support” page. From there you should see some posts about installing the flight out go into the Infinite page and it’ll be there. Hopefully you’re luckier than me and it manages to work. I followed the instructions and am left waiting for the Insider app to load.
It doesn’t work for me either. I got 2 mails But the waypoint site only repley’s with a error.

cannot find that section, but I got the preview on steam, but is not working
And ofc streamers and youtubers were able to play, classic, thanks a lot

Also pending in Insider app for hours.

GO TO PROFILE>HALO INSIDER>SCROLL TO BOTTOM ON WAYPOINT. If you have a steam code it will be there. Redeem on steam. Install to primary drive not external to avoid issues. Hope that helps !

Maybe it has something to do with having different login and preferred e-mail addresses in the insider program?
My login (xbox live account) is something@hotmail.com and my preferred e-mail is something@googlemail.com …

My XBox Insider app says “Pending”… Nothing is connecting!!
