Xbox has a tremendous advantage because of this annoying issue. Every game with xbox players is a nightmare. It’s like they’re playing on LAN while PC is playing on a wifi connection from a deserted island. They have perfect accuracy, shoot around walls, shoot through walls, kill in what is perceivably half the time they should be able to (and when most weapons kill in a second or faster that’s a HUGE deal), and they eat more shots than a vaccine advocate.
I’m not saying this just because I’m incredibly salty, which I am, because I keep getting teabagged by career 20’s who just started playing Halo on XBox…I’m saying this is a great way to lose most of your player base by having the game not be a fair matchup when it comes to hit detection and desync.
Let the game be a 1:1 fair fight, and if someone is better then they’re better.
The servers are an absolute joke. Whats the point in playing when its BROKEN! I am saying this and I dont care. Who ever managed the server side of things putting PC gamers on the backburner. “You are an idiot”
Us xbox players have the same conplaints against you pc players. Yet we also have to deal with your aimbots and ability to instantly spin. Deal with it
You don’t think Xbox players experience the same issues against PC players? You have described the exact same issues of desync that Xbox players have against PC players…and most likely against players on our own platforms too.
Don’t make this in to yet another PC vs console debate…we should be united in the fact that we don’t platform based crossplay.
I’ve played the game on both. Lag is really weird on xbox, but there are glitches that happen on pc that don’t on xbox. Also the hit detection feels far cleaner on xbox
Xbox is a pc, its just bespoke to gaming. It even runs windows 10 under the hood.
This is not a pc vs xbox debate, its a skilled vs inept developer debate you should be having.
How can a studio with direct access to Microsoft and all the experience and tools it comes with still manage to make the game thats lacking in almost every aspect, on both of microsofts platforms?
