Over the last 48 hours I have dropped from platinum 5 in arena to platinum 1. My overall k/d has plummeted to under 1. I have tested my Internet connection and it is good. 60 down 10 up 30 ping and zero loss. Other online games play fine. I’m just noticing that my head shots aren’t landing, my aim feels off sometimes and I’m getting out gunned by pistols. What I mean is I initiate the fight landing first shot with br. Then we both die at same time. I get credited with perfect kill while the other guy gets just a head shot. How is that possible? Also halos server has been wonky as hell. Ive experienced no prob until the last few days. But now it’s like playing peer to peer servers but it seems like I’m the only one affected? Here’s a video of what I’m talking about:
Please help me figure out what’s going on. I have been loving this game the last 3 months. But it’s almost unplayable to me now. Thanks
If you are playing for 48 hours straight the explaination is simple: you are burnt out. Other than that I suggest checking out all the other “I can’t aim” threads.

Dude get some sleep. When I play for long stretches and start getting tired, I notice I suddenly take a drastic drop in skill.
I’ve had lag today, but the rest of the weeks been fine. Probably issues with servers.

I know how you feel man. Honestly after the December update I’ve notice a lot of what you have been seeing. Feeling like my shots aren’t landing, melee’s not registering. I’ve had games run completely in slow motion. Players drop out in the first minute happens often.
I’ve barely played since New Years because of all this.

Please watch video. And I haven’t been playing straight. Maybe 10-12 hrs total(possibly could be brunt but I don’t think so). And it’s not that I can’t aim per se. Its that it feels different all of a sudden. And the purpose of this is to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or if someone has an idea on why this is happening to me

I did watch and I also experience this when I am burnt out.
