ok , so this is my first time with forums or posting something like this, but i didnt know where else to go, but here me out .
This is nothing but a plea to 343 industries, PLEASE dont wreck halo 4 , there has been news of adding aim down sights and weapon drops amongst other things, halo 3 was a brilliant game with millions of fans, halo reach on the other hand really let the ball slip, with the armour ablilties and removal of the ranking system , we cant even tell how good someone is by looking at thier stats anymore, the original maps were good , back when ever other map wasnt something created on forge i for one am completley sick of forgeworld on matchmaking, and for me atleast the worst part of all , was the gameplay itself the phsyics in game are horrible ok so that was a rant about halo reach, but please i beg you dont make halo 4 like reach or worse , like COD, keep it the way your millions of fans like. No ADS, no weapon drops , no armour abilites, and just keep the gameplay as simialr as possible to the old games.

I have also played halo for 10 years, but 343i are going to put there stamp on the game regardless of your pleas. I have also heard that Frankie on neogaff (no source sorry) has said there will be a number of different playlist to please everyone i.e. classic etc.
343i is trying to keep everyone happy, the die-hard community, but also a whole new generation of gamers.
There will be a halo 2/3 playist there somewhere.
I just hope we have a skill ranking system like halo 3.

Agreed. Aslong as multiple playlist with multiple settings are in place for every need I will be happy. I would really love a 1-50 ranked playlists with a halo 2 esq set up.
People need to have faith, this wont be a COD rip off!
If for instance people can start to kill me with a 2 second hip fire burst that takes no skill at all then i will be worried.
The halo universe will always have fan-boys like us because we have been here for 10 years, and followed the story. This is the start of a new triology, and from 343i point of view the perfect time to add to its already hugh fan base. Lets not forget the main aim for a video game is to make £$£$£$£$£.
343i will not leave us behind and will cater for everyone needs.
I loved the ranking system in halo 3, reach failed where this but it never stoped me playing the game.
halo is in safe hands. dont take anything magazines publish as final. the WILL take things out of context for a better story. only trust 343i for the major things (ie forunner vision and random weapon spawns). just have a little faith
