There are good players on both teams.Your just not on the Hosted team.

What does that even mean? The current system allows teams of 4 to match single players searching making unbalanced teams. It wasn’t like this on the bungie halos where a team of 3 or 4 would match another team and randoms would just match other randoms. Not to mention people can back out now, when they think they’ll lose a game, so the players who play properly and stay in are more likely to lose a game due to bad team-mates than others.

Nah…many games I’m leading my team and I always felt this is a team game I should not being holding up the team by that many points, so I feel your pain whole heartedly. Then again I don’t think matchmaking was supposed to have total balance unless on ranked…

Just bust out 30 kills a game like I do and get over the bad teammates.

Yup, on an account that hasn’t even touched a Halo game… and if you really do, you either: play objective and go for kills, or… well. That’s the only way I see someone getting really high kills in their normal games.

My guesses for the common appearance of bad teammates:

  • The overall population within the multiplayer servers are low. As a result, the skill based system cannot match players around their skill level without sacrificing the connection quality. - Split-screeners being a problem (like they usually are).

Look up eTs Animal service record and say that again…couldn’t recover account on Xbox one over some BS with my account.

I agree with Rugged Savior on this-

No way to know though. I do know that I always mute every player before a match and often, I will play against people I have already muted and I don’t play that much maybe an hour or 2 every couple of weeks.

Additionally it doesn’t help that once the map is picked you can’t leave the game before it starts without being punished. They should allow a window of time for people to leave if they don’t want the map. I have lost count of the times. That one person will quit as soon as the match starts leaving it 4 vs 3 and that usually doesn’t work out well. Would also help if they would throw in players after a match has started if there is a hole. That was not happening when I last played.

As a player who has been playing split screen with my brother the past few days I resent that accusation; Both of us almost invariably go positive, usually by a fairly decent margin. Its not uncommon for us to carry our team

the community is all split

So I search for the tag and nothing comes up. I’m assuming you’re just happily stomping kids in social matches. You can’t consecutively pull off 30 kills a game in ranked.

It isn’t the game, its the population and it will only get worse. Trust me though I know the feeling, I constantly (at least 60-70% of the time), I get a teammate or teammates who go 1-15,2-19, 0-16, etc.

it is beause teams of 4 can match sith randoms… plus rank means nothing… so the system is flawed in itself and sucks. 3Fail3 industries at its best…
