It would make the game far more enjoyable. It seems like another oversight in production.

It happens to me quite often too. I just do what I can and roll with it. I don’t know why they don’t do anything about it. Only thing I can think of is they are convinced it doesn’t happen often enough to relegate a fix.
I agree, it’s a lot harder for randoms and if the team is good - almost impossible to win.
I’ll never forget one match… Once I grabbed random Spartans and stared a simulation. Capture the Flag on Coliseum. Apparently we were against a full Fireteam who all had very high levels and HCS armor and were acting so pro and all.
Halfway the match the enemy team scored 1 flag.
However, later on we quickly scored 2 flags.
Two minutes later - 3rd flag.
I managed to carry one flag, two other teammates did their job with other two flags.
End score was 3:1 for our team.
At the beginning when I’ve seen the team I was sure we’d loose but it was a very nice surprise.
This has been a huge problem since launch and we have stated it for months. I doubt 343i would do anything to change it since they dont care. I mean they add search preferences that only make it worse since its based on skill and connection.

An extensive Community Feedback Program and they couldn’t grasp something as intuitive as matching teams? Yikes.
