What does your connection look like? Moderate/strict NAT types and poor ping times can still cause you trouble, even if you’re connected to the dedicated servers in game.
Honestly, try aiming lower/higher then. Practicing keeping your weapon at head level at all times helps a lot, as does using cover effectively. I’ve got the problem of aiming too high most of the time, so actively trying to level your aim might help, even if it looks like you’re already landing headshots.
Also, it could just be lag on the servers, in which case you can’t really change much else if your connection is already good.
