Have you tried deleting and redownloading them?
deleted and redownloaded tons of times cleared the cache tons of times. gonna delete my DLC stuff i guess and see if that fixes anything.
The part in the article about the 3 content items: I have all the packs and 2 pre-order bonus’s as well as those blue flames and I don’t have an issue. Has Microsoft fixed it already?
