So I loved the first season of Mythic. It’s a nice balance between old and new gameplay, etc. etc. I made a whole post on it. The only minor gripe that I had with it, is that the H2A BR was WAY to easy to use at this speed of gameplay. This problem was exponentially worse in Mythic FFA. Please 343, change the starts for the Mythic playlist. I honestly think the Magnum would be a perfect replacement.
So before Mythic Arena launched for its second season, I saw several people on this forum and reddit complaining about the starts. Idk. Maybe i’m just in an echo chamber, but I really thought there was enough voice to change the starts that they would have before Mythic Arena’s second season. So does 343 actually read these forums? Maybe with Hidden Xperia’s video on the topic they’ll do something about the starts. But that brings up another issue. YouTubers aren’t “voted” on as the community’s representatives for our opinions. The best way for 343 to view our opinions is to read these forums, etc.

There were a bunch of volunteer forgers who tested this gametype for about a year with some light help from 343. 90% of this is the lovechild of some people who love both classic halo and H5. It won’t be changing any time soon.

Nor should it, it feels like a blend of halo 2 and halo 5. Pistol would be too heavily leaned towards halo 5.

You say that the H2BR is too easy to use, which I agree with. Then you say to replace it with the magnum which is even easier! If you are even decent with the magnum with the base mechanics(clamber, sprint, thrust) you will be god-like when all people can do is walk with slightly increased speed.
