lol Bungie didnt sell it and cant afford it. Microsoft own all rights to the Halo franchise. They got rid of Bungie and hired its own staff.

Indeed, Bungie wanted out after Halo 3, but under contract were required to produce 2 more titles(odst&reach)

They split from Microsoft because they did NOT want to keep making Halo. They wanted to be done with it and move on to other things, they didn’t even want to do Reach for the most part (and it showed).
bungie is now making multiplats again,
the new one is halo:knights of the old republic and is said to be easily assessable to all which may translate to a casual snorefest.
also i wait on the rage of “omg itz r fur day ps3 also!”
