Please bring ODST and MK V back!

So,

for those who don’t know, we’ve seen all of the halo 4 helmets now. Two of the most prominant ones that are missing, are two of my favourites (and I know many others.)

The first one on the list is ODST. I’ve loved ODST since halo 2, infact I made it my goal to keep them alive. When Halo 3 rolled around I used ODST for awhile before shortly switching to my other favourite: MK V.

In halo reach, I constantly switch between the two, not being able to decipher which one I like more.

Now for halo 4, it seems both of my helmets have been taken out. I know this won’t matter to most people, but Its just kind of irking to me. I’ve got one other helmet that isn’t default that actually appeals to me, but even then I don’t think I can get my head rapped around any of these helmets.

If we can’t see ODST or MKV ship with the game, I know you (343i) were testing around in reach for armor DLCs. Would it be possible then to have these helmets appear at a later date?

What does the community think?

EDIT: Also, the -Yoink!- one is a joke and will count as an “I don’t care”

There have already been so many threads about this, maybe you should post in those.

While I have been using ODST since the day I unlocked it, I feel Recruit is a suitable replacement.

It was a reference to a mountain dew thing asking for flavour ideas. Once the people at -Yoink!- got a hold of it, the top choice for the new flavour name was “-Yoink!- did nothing wrong”

a vague reference, but meh.

Its been confirmed neither helmets are returning. The full helmet list was seen at PAX prime, and the “new” odst helmet is Recruit, with very, very little similarties between the two.

What’s appropriate for -Yoink!- is not always appropriate for Waypoint :-/
