As someone who’s played reach since late 2011-early 2012, and had the fortune to have access to the vanity nameplate stuff and the blue flames (which I have discovered I lost for some reason, boo) I dearly miss having access to that after Bungie left Halo and stopped supporting that system. Given how it’s coming back, I want to make a plea to bring the system back, so that I may once again have as much pointless stuff as possible at my disposal.
In their AMA they said they are fiddling with a progression system that will feel like Reach but be more modern. There will be mix and match armor and they also said they are unsure of how unlocking armor will work but if you ask me it will probably be basically the same as OG Reach.
as far as I know as a PC player…
We won’t have the traditional Reach menu. I could be WAY wrong but most streams/videos I watch have a different menu for navigating through all the games simultaneously without having to load each game, and getting to choose which games are installed/uninstalled.
