Since Reach I gave my spartan a robot arm once and I just have to say I love it. I would like for it to return so that my spartan can look like he’s seen war!
Robot arm was schweet, I remember in Reach if you saw someone with the arm they were either a badass or a no life xD
I think every limb having a robot variant would be pretty cool

Even a robot head?
Yes. I totally agree. As a matter of fact. Bring back all Halo 3/Reach armors. Throw in the Halo 4 armors as well if people want it. It can’t take that long to create them?

well obviously not. lol But I think having robot legs and arms would be pretty cool.
Soooo anyone gonna give a canon suggestions for WHY a Spartan-IV would have a prostetic when the UNSC can flash-clone entire limbs now?
Nope?
Didn’t think so
Eh… It wouldn’t really make sense from a lore point. If a Spartan were to lose a limb he or she would probably be decommissioned. Oni wouldn’t spend the time and resources trying to fix a broken Spartan when they have many more Spartans.
With that being said. I believe having a robot arm did add a touch of personalization, deeper than just armour customization. So perhaps 343i could come up with some ideas to make customization in the future a little more personal.

Sounds bout right. Same as why they’re ressurecting helmets from almost two MJLONIR generations ago.
it would be awesome if they brought it back
I may be in the minority but I wouldn’t want it back. I never liked seeing them in Reach, and I defiantly wouldn’t like them now… but then again it isn’t fair for me to say when I barley touch the game anymore.
I mean we could see them return in Halo 6 especially as it is highly likely that Dr Halsey will receive one.

This was the stupidest and most unnecessary addition to multiplayer that I have ever seen. I never heard of anyone complaining about what the purpose of multiplayer in Halo 3 or Reach was. This canon nonsense raises so many questions that were easily explained away by its a game, there isn’t a reason why you have 16 spartans murdering each other on the edge of a cliff. I hope they don’t bother pretending in Halo 6 that the multiplayer is relevant. They use it as an excuse for not putting things in, but then we get game modes like infection (which I love) which wouldn’t have a place in training simulations.

Fun first, lore second. Always. If you’re letting lore get in the way of ideas that the community like… well, that’s just stupid.
Can I get all those ammo pouches, shotgun shell belts, and the like? I liked those

Well… I still don’t see the problem… because… you see… the explanation is that it’s a game (a training sim is almost like a game, right?) within the game universe. I’ve never seen it used an excuse for not putting things in (except by the community). And Infection could have a place as a training simulation for fighting the Flood.

Except it doesnt make sense as a game. The spartans are actually moving and are feeling pain when they are shot. Somehow they teleport upon death. It raises questions, doesnt make sense, and it being canon doesnt add any value. It makes no sense for spartans to act like the flood in infection, or play grifball, or anything in action sack. I’m almost certain that someone has a quote in the elite thread that elites arent allowed on the infinity and that is why there are no playable elites. Just remove this canon aspect and it will be way better.
This is a good idea.
Wait, this was a thing? It sounds cool!
