Because I keep getting matched with people who aren’t even the same tier. If I’m a silver (for example), why am I being paired with or even put up against people who are platinum or even diamond???
And for anyone who says “Yeah, they did that in the MCC and it failed”, clearly, you’ve forgotten how BROKEN the MCC was. Also, it wasn’t a failure, otherwise, they wouldn’t have implemented the same format in Halo 3. All they did was replace numbers with ranks

if you are being placed with people of that tier then the population is lower than I thought
