I don’t even know why they made the decision to take it off for players in Slayer only. This is such a dumb decision. Right now every 3 or 4 games in BTS and occasionally in TS there will be idiots who would just DMR down all of their team’s vehicles. I’ve spattered quite a few of them so far, but besides that there is absolutely nothing you can do to them.
Its free gold this weekend so all the tards and noobs are on in force. Wait till monday and it will calm down a bit.

any dmg you do to other friendly players or vehicles, will be done to you instead of them.

Friendly fire is an important part of the halo experience. With loadouts and ordnance, pre -Yoink!- should not be betraying for your weapons any longer.

I am so glad friendly-fire is gone. I’m tired of jerks betraying me for fun, or because I have a power weapon.
I just wish 343i would take out friendly fire from every Halo game type.
at first i was mad because i liked betraying people but now i like it like this so those lil noobs arent betraying me because i took the sniper
I think it’s dumb there is no friendly fire, but it is certainly not a deal breaker for me. It should at least be consistent across all game modes.
Meh, i like not having friendly fire, but i also like having it. I just hate hopping in a vehicle and having someone on my team blow up my vehicle while i’m in it but not killing me, i think i’d rather die just so i can give them the boot. OR they could make it so team mates can’t destroy the vehicle you’re in.
I hope they don’t put it back in. For some reason I keep getting matched with people who like to run in front of me just as I throw a plasma grenade. You have no idea how many times a teammate has charged into battle with a plasma grenade on their back. I keep hoping someone will try to assassinate them, but it never happens.
