The number one problem I have that stops me enjoying my Halo multiplayer experience is lag. And it’s easily avoidable.
Please add a region select option so that regional players can choose to only be matched with people from their region. This would go a long way to improving the experience for a lot of players.
Having ping to host displayed would also be fantastic so we can more accurately judge the connection quality.

The only issue i can see with this is the population is so low that players will be too thinly spread across each region, which means search times would increase drastically. Our best bet is to push for this in H5, but from what iv’e seen, 343 could not care less about people outside the US when it comes to MM and latency, if the majority are “happy” then F the rest.
IF the dedicated servers work for H5 and we’re not always on P2P, it will improve the situation but all we can do is wait and see.
It’s a real kick in the teeth for UK, EU and further away Halo lovers, apparently we don’t matter enough, even though we pay more for the game that the US members.
It’s almost like they’ve got our money, now they don’t care…oh wait…
