The is no setting that will direct what device teammates coms are coming to. The only way i can speak to my team is through Discord. Which, I don’t mind unless i am playing Solo Ranked. My teams voice comes through my speakers but my voice and output goes through my headset.
Have you checked that your headset is set as your default communications output in windows?

I have tried that. I even unplugged my speakers and removed any other capture devices. Its become a very annoying issue.
Still having trouble with hearing anybody… Ive removed all other devices from my pc and reinstalled halo. Still no incoming chat going to my headset.
My headset receives all other sounds tho… very frustrating
