I am very impressed with the Master Chief Collection and in my opinion it’s pretty flawless, but one very important thing is lacking: Game-specific deaths or kd.
Overall (cross-game) kd is available on Waypoint, overall kills and deaths are available in the pre-game service record, game-specific kill counts are in the detailed stats menu. But there is nowhere that game-specific deaths or kd is available. Please, 343, add this to Waypoint and/or the in-game stats menu.
mcc flawless? have you not tried matchmaking lol. I agree with your point, however, 30 minutes to find a game each time is higher on the list. Also the party stability is just awful. disconnects and unable to joins all over the place.

Matchmaking is a temporary problem and it’s being worked on. The game itself is great, just the matchmaking is flawed.

> But please dear 343 make sure we get a kd reset along with the upcoming rank reset
Why a kd reset? Ranks are glitched but kd is not. Some kd stats are missing from some places, but they are still being recorded and can be factored in.

You can view medals in-game if you go to your service record, but I think it excludes Halo 3 (unintentionally). Not sure if it includes all four of the others.
I disagree. They do not need to show off the K/D ratio of players. COD is a sad example. So many people play the game to farm up their K/D ratio cause that makes them
“Good Players” vs completing the match objective. If i’m doing a ranked MLG 4v4 capture the flag, I don’t want someone on my team sitting back doing nothing because hes afraid to ruin is K/D ratio. I need someone who’s trying to be in position to help team-shoot and keep the enemy dead while one of us grabs the flag. In my opinion, not showing the K/d ratio helps push players to want to win, rather than "well we lost…but i still went +21 yay" when in reality they lurked in the back and didn’t complete any objectives. My best competitive FPS experience was between Halo 2 and 3, they showed no K/D ratio but you could tell who the great players were by rank.
I will be honest, when Halo 4 came out, there was no ranking system so all I felt inclined to do was join a game, make sure I’m on top of my K/D ratio charts and that’s it. After I got my K/D to a solid 4.0 i stopped playing out of boredom just like I’ve done with all the COD’s. I miss the days when I would get onto Xbox and say, “ok lets try and get my (48) in Team Slayer tonight”, not “ok lets get my K/D ratio up tonight” Not hating, just saying.
