please add flashlight to AR and PISTOL

Im a forger and I would like flashlight put back on ar/pistol . I like to have alot of shadows in my maps plus think what the infection forgers could do with it.

How about on his helmet? Then you could use it no matter what weapon you gave the players. If this halo is going to be “the darkest halo yet” then we will need a flashlight!

No, I am thinking of Halo. I’m saying that is what they will do, not that is what has been done.

In a suit that uses the most advanced multi-electromagnetic spectrum scanning, USING a “hey, shoot the light”… Light, is not how I battle.

Of course Active Camo would be useless if we used our suits fullest abilities… So yes, yes for Infection’s sack, allow something like that.
So not for campaign or other gamemodes but I certainly endorse this for Infection purposes.

It’s just cool to be kind of blind while reloading. Because your gun is pointed up or down to reload if the flashlight is on the gun (ala Halo CE) what the player is looking at would not be illuminated. Also, I’m fairly certain “darkest halo yet” refers to either the storyline or the tone of the game. Not the literal lighting.

Who cares what they try? It wouldn’t work. It’s not a blinding light. The only thing these theoretical kids would be doing is giving away their position- making them easier to kill.

That’s what I thought when I read it too.

I’d rather have some sort of VISR system, like we saw in the GameStop trailer.

Unlike Battlefield, most other shooters that ever had a flashlight options, if ever, didn’t have Michael Bay bloom capabilities. Further, I don’t see a point other than in extra options or for machinima purposes, if even then.
The thought of there being Night Vision or VISR Mode is still there.
