Please 343i dont let fanboys change Halo 4!!!

Please 343i dont change a thing with Halo 4. All these opinions people have for ideas to “change” Halo 4 to make it like how they want the game is just CRAZY talk!!!

People need to go make and play there OWN game and leave Halo 4 ALONE! Makes me sick reading these forums…

OBAMA PROMISED CHANGE AND LOOK WHAT’S HAPPENING
DONT BE OBAMA 343i

because your in denial that this MM isn’t nearly as good previous halo games. Sucks just as much as Reach, maybe worse. At least theres weapons on the maps in Reach.

Agreed with OP. I’m having more fun with Halo 4 than I have had with the last few offerings from Bungie.

Fan boys? This poster stops by once in a great while and praises everything 343 does and the people with criticisms are fan boys? I don’t think you know what the definition means.

Also, to sit back and look at Halo 4 thinking, “this game is perfect” is just wrong… It is far from perfect and even without changing game mechanics could use some serious help.

That being said I believe this game is a train wreck. As I keep playing I keep finding myself in disbelief at how Halo plays now.

For someone to tell me they have been a long time fan of Halo and that they approve of the current state of the game baffles my mind…

> OBAMA PROMISED CHANGE AND LOOK WHAT’S HAPPENING

hahahahahahahaha well said , this made my day LoL =)

You should know that there is something wrong with Halo, since Treyarch managed to create a COD game that is more competitive than Halo 4.

I’m talking about:

  • League play [ Ranked playlist ];

  • Limited ¨Join in progress ¨;

  • Youtube rendering;

  • Less lag.

There is nothing competitive in Halo 4 right now.

> because your in denial that this MM isn’t nearly as good previous halo games. Sucks just as much as Reach, maybe worse. At least theres weapons on the maps in Reach.

It’s a million times better than Reach. Still has issues that need to be worked out but at least it focuses more on gun play instead of AAs.

your crazy

Halo vet here. I approve of the changes made by 343. When people want the same game every few years it just boggles my mind.

> to sit back and look at Halo 4 thinking, “this game is perfect” is just wrong…

Someone’s opinion on such a subjective matter is never wrong.

> It is far from perfect and even without changing game mechanics could use some serious help.

Just your opinion

> That being said I believe this game is a train wreck. As I keep playing I keep finding myself in disbelief at how Halo plays now.

The only way to get your point across is to stop playing. I’m not being facetious, this is a sincere comment. You simply can’t convince someone they’re doing something wrong by continuing to participate in what they’ve given.

> For someone to tell me they have been a long time fan of Halo and that they approve of the current state of the game baffles my mind…

The only thing you’ve said that rings true. It’s your own feelings and you’re welcome to them.

All that being said, I think the game is great, but even great things have a few rough edges. They’ll get ironed out. What the community doesn’t need is sensationalists spewing rhetoric all over the forums and not contributing anything useful. Present your arguments in a clear, concise fashion, and I guarantee they’ll be given more weight by those in control than the vitriol you usually find.

There are ways to make a game different and ways to add new things without forcing your long time fans into gimmicky and random gameplay. Some of their ideas are great and cool new additions. Some however are not well thought out at all and given the lack of options they have forced players into using them… that is bad.

True but without adding anything new, a game series would die at some point,

what baffles my mind is that people don’t look at the fact that they still have atleast a copy of halo 3 or reach laying around there house/apartment somewhere the online MP for halo 4 and halo reach isn’t gone, so go play one of those, if someone tells me not to tell them to go play Halo 3 or Reach then please explain why?.

I’d like to know, why is it hard for people to go play halo 3 if they don’t like 4?.

now look some of you are right on one thing, the game’s MP isn’t perfect, theres still some things they are working on as we speak. and as for the weapons that are strong or weak, I think the real MLG professionals can adapt to the new weapons or use the dmr and BR to there proper use, and to the’re advantage
but thats just me.

but why is it hard for some to move back to the previous games if they don’t like halo 4. noone is forcing them to play it. you have other options, and yes hHalo 3 is still one of my favorites, its the first halo game I’ve played but if we keep asking for the same thing without major updates to the new ones, it will get stale and eventuly the series will die. but form what I see this fourms isn’t 100% of the population who play it.

and again I love Halo 3 and I love Halo 4, it does have one or 2 thing I don’t realy like, but I’ve said that more then enough times and teling everyone my pros and cons on Halo 4 would just be going on and on like a broken recored.

oh and here is soemthing I need to tell both sides to keep in mind of, everything posted here on the fourms is opinon and should not be taken seriously.

okay question, what would you do to keep a game fresh and intresting without makeing it a Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, or Halo reach with updated graphics?.

I am a Halo vet and hey Im adaptible, I didn’t like one change in Halo 4 but the new stuff pulled me in, whether I wanted to or not.

Shoot there is an entire website dedicated to keeping original Halo fans around so we can try to get some necessary changes and additions. Quitting is not solving anything or proving anything. I’m just simply saying here that acting like there is nothing wrong is lunacy. I understand people enjoy the game, that doesn’t change the fact that many core features (not gameplay features) are broken…

Look around here a little bit… I think you will find I contribute more useful information than a the vast majority of posters here. However when people post topics like this… posted in such a manner as the OP did, I am not going to be friendly and say “oh yea those are some good points, but I respectfully disagree” No the OP is in every thread talking nonsense and being rude, he has earned no ones respect and honestly I have been getting tired of reading his posts in every thread praising the game and telling everyone else to quit whining when their complaints are justified. That my friend is what the community doesn’t need.

prehaps, but does that mean people who enjoy the game can’t post there opinon?.

If anything, OP, your post sounds more fanboyish than all of the posts criticizing the game. Do you know what a fanboy is?

I wouldn’t say Change much… but add more things in. For instance, the Flood mode customization needs to be increased.

Agreed. My hopes were obviously too high. At least it has the potential to be an improvement over Reach.

> Halo vet here. I approve of the changes made by 343. When people want the same game every few years it just boggles my mind.

Just because you’re a vet doesn’t mean your opinion is automatically valid or more respected. I’ve been with Halo since day one and I don’t brag about it to prove my points. If you approve the changes, post your reasoning why. Give people understanding as to why you think the game is fine the way it is.

Don’t just say “I’m a Halo vet and it’s fine” because it doesn’t fly.

Guys, there needs to be SOME changes to make the game better. If it stays like it is it will die quickly. Think about it, the playlists aren’t exactly the largest variety at the moment.
