Please 343i add Elites

Of out of all of the people you have been listening to and responding back, the Elite community has been completely ignored. Many like me never enjoyed being a Spartan and preffered something that would appeal to us, such as an Alien with advanced armor with an interesting culture rather than a human above average. Please 343i, add Elites and more people will buy the game. I know people that will not buy the game if Elites are not in the game.

Also please change/fix these things if you are reading this:

Add classic announcer voice.

Remove generic kill medals and replace them with Reach’s.

Add an option to disable kill cam.

Add an option to disable call outs.

Add an option to disable hitmarkers.

Thank you 343i if you read this and have a nice day.

-Not that many care about playing as Elites. Honestly, it’s an unnecessary feature, and if you’re revolving your decision on the game based on Elites, you’re not only going to be disappointed, but you’re also a fool. Halo is about Spartans, Elite’s are ancillary. 343 could care less about the grand total of 5 people who won’t buy the game if Elite’s aren’t in it. The elite community is practically non-existant. Halo 3 was the last game to have that, and it came out in 2007. If you’re still clutching to a 7 year dead feature, you need to focus on something else

-I like the new announcer, and it’s a minor detail, other than nostalgia there’s no reason to complaina bout it
-Since you don’t have the option to view your medals, I don’t reallyc are what medals I get.
-You can hit x to skip kill cams
-Turn down your volume, call outs are another minor detail

  • Why the actual -Yoink- do you want to disable hitmarkers? What does that take away?

All your complaints are trivial and have absolutely zero effect on the game. Either you’re just searching for things to complain about or you have a very weird focus on this game. If you want to play a game that is exactly the same as the other Halos, play the Master Chief Collection

Not that many care about Elite’s? Then explain to me why there is a huge thread on this forum about why Sangheili should come back in the first place. If I recall, that thread has nearly 10,000 post and it still is growing and the OP has 928 likes about it. We wouldn’t be having interesting Machinima’s without Elite’s in it because they actually make interesting stories and characters, which also explains why Halo 4 barely has any videos on it whatsoever.

If 343 wants to appease their fans and gain more money, I say give them what they want and give back the Elite’s to play as. It’s bad enough that a majority of the Community doesn’t play the latest Halo’s like 4 and 5 because of the lack of variety to play as something else that isn’t human. Also, if it wasn’t for the Arbiter, The Master Chief would have never finished the fight in Halo 3. So think about that why don’t ya?

As a member of the sangheili community, you’re ignorance is on troll levels. Halo stopped revolving around spartans since Halo 2, as the sangheili were put on an equal pedestal. And 5 people? You mean the many thousands who stopped playing Halo 4 just because that species wasn’t in the game? Because 5 and 10,000 are pretty distant numbers. And I guess you are also forgetting about them being in Reach.

Well, in terms of the announcer, nostalgia is a more than viable complaint. You don’t just make the Mortal Kombat announcer sound overly energetic.

I think he is trying to say that the amount of medals should be scarce to make them more of a reward, rather than an expectation.

Ok, they still should not be in, I don’t want someone pin pointing where I sniped them from, because of some cheap gameplay feature, they should have to seek me out.

Or, they can just have an option to turn them off?

Hitmarkers should just go to be honest, not even remain as an option, they offer nothing, and are just an annoyance.

And sorry that we are so nit picky, it’s just that us connoisseurs have high expectations for a well received franchise.

Good for you if you like those features, many players hate the new announcer for one.

And the 9000 post thread disagrees with you about the elite situation.

Were it so easy…

But I’d like to see Elite’s with Spartan customisation

Do you not recall the couple hundred page thread asking for elites back in Halo 4 mp? because I certainly do.
