Plays well, optimized poorly

So, season 1 has been released on November 15th, just like the rumors predicted, but was it worth it?

The game’s optimization didn’t change, AT ALL since the last tech demo. They advertised it as a beta, sure, but then why add predatory monetization in an unfinished product? Why release it early if you promised to deliver much better optimizations at launch?

Honestly, making a battle pass for 10$, so you can also sell the campaign separately for 60$ is genius, I admit. But my biggest complain is the optimization, since I have the specs juuust above the minimum specifications, so I expect it to run at 60fps (maybe higher, since FZ5 optimization is FLAWLESS) at native 1080p resolution, and we get this 45fps mess, without being able to even turn off anti-aliasing?

The game doesn’t even use the CPU and GPU cores properly! I’d have to go manually to Nvidia setting configurating stuff, but why is it not “outta the box”?

I’d rather the game released in Dec, 8 with the campaign altogether, tbh. 343 pls fix

It’s advertised as a Beta but let’s be real here; this is the final product, just with some content held back because it’s supposed to be a little snack to hold us over until Dec 8th. What we’re playing rn is the more typical “Beta” you would see in the AAA industry, and the fact that it’s still got all the problems from the Tech Tests is really sickening actually. Idk how much longer I can put this clown makeup on and keep telling myself “surely it’ll get better” before I stop caring and dip out and go play other games or just stay on MCC until the day that I die.

My GPU is at 95% and CPU at basicly nothing. the game runs at 60 fps, but there are stuttering issues on mass. i also have a huge input delay (gun fires after the trigger is already relaxed again, be it mouse or controller. same delay for all other actions).

I sincerely hope this gets fixed, otherwise i am not buying the campaign.
