It happens almost every game. It’s not the mode that gives challenges, someone leaves, bots drag our side down. There’s enough posts talking about the progression and challenges, that is definitely an issue as well, but for those of us that really don’t care and just want to play some solid Halo without griefers because they didn’t get their mode that they were going to sack our chances at competing in order to achieve, the rest of the team has to get frustrated.
I don’t always want to play objective. I don’t always want to run around killing without abandon. Every Halo before this has respected this. I’m burnt out not from Halo Infinite, but from not having an option to play what I feel like playing. I’ll take anything, just a simple Arena: Slayer and Arena: Objective to start, a message that confirms since this is technically “beta”, all modes are in a pool to test out the kinks and playlists will launch on the 8th. Something, anything.
