Playlists Are Already Dying. Solution.... Match Composer, Server selection

Yep can’t find games outside of quick play. Even Team Slayer has to search 5-10mins to get a match with 180ms ping.
Granted I live in Australia so this is not that surprising. But with no match composer that blends the playlists together and no server selection, then you can guarantee that the population outside of the US is going to continue going the way of Halo 5’s multiplayer.

Ah well. At least MCC is there waiting for me with open arms.
Look at that basically any game type you could want with great ping and <1min search times. If only they could steal the ideas from the company that made that game.

They need to Add:

– Team Doubles

– BTB Assault

– Juggernaut to FFA

– Team VIP in BTB

– Separate BTB Slayer and Objective Playlist

– Selection Option to play matches with Standard starts or Precision starts like how H4 had “Infinity Slayer”

– Multi team

– Shotty Snipers ( UNSC starts or Banished weap starts )

– BTB with. Default. vehicle. Spawns. At. Base. ( “heavies” mode from Halo MCC ) with Tanks at base etc )

Options:

– Vote to Skip map and/or gametype OR SELECTION of Alternate map choice

– Pregame/Postgame Lobby with easy Mute/report options and Toggle switch if you don’t want to have this active

– “Feedback” button to rank how well you enjoyed playing with this group of players so that players are more likely to be matched with similar groups of players integrated into MMR ( Players can pull up a menu overlay to rank a game based on how they liked the Teamwork, Social Experience, Use of voice comms, players focusing on Objective, skill level closeness etc )

– Preference for “Teammates” based on Voice communication style such as “Chatty”, “Social”, “Teamwork”, “Less Chatty”, etc increases decreases chances of being matched with players who fit your communication style

They need to keep the same group of players ( or at least some of them together for consecutive matches as long as there is a way to prevent “boosting” or malicious use of consecutive matching.

This would reduce match times once you match a lobby since it only has to add in players to fill the lobby.

Idk if they already do that, it doesn’t seem like it happens often if so.
