Playlist Number in MCC Glitch?

Halo Waypoint says that I’ve completed 159 playlists, but I don’t think I’ve completed a playlist?

This is also a confirmed glitch. It seems that MCC is applying playlists played stats to accounts randomly. Another bug that needs sorted out.
