So with CEA coming out within the next month I have a question about how it will work with Reach. I understand you don’t need Reach to play it and that if you do just play with the CEA disc you are limited to those maps.
I have to ask, as someone who owns Reach and soon CEA how is the playlist going to work?
Will it be 6v6? 4v4? The reason I ask is due to my Halo 2 fanboyism. If I want to play Breakneck, do I just use the Reach BTB playlist and hope everyone has the map? What If I want to play it with ZB in MM?
What can we expect to see when CEA classic goes live in the Reach community?
While I haven’t heard of anything specific yet, I would imagine that there will be a few Classic/H:CEA-playlists added that can be played with just the H:CEA disk. If you have Reach you might be forced to have H:CEA/ or the DLC to play these. Again just a guess on my part.

I figured, I’m just curious as to how things are going to work. It wouldn’t make sense to have playlist specifics, like Team Slayer, Team Objective> Those would probably be lumped all into a 4v4 playlist. But I can’t imagine having only 2 BTB maps being in their own specific playlist.
As for a Reach disc player and the new maps. I would imagine so? Not sure either : / I mean. Bungie made it so you don’t need all maps to play general playlists, but so long as everyone has the maps, they can come up.
I’m surprised they haven’t made mention of what they are planning to do for this.

I wish I knew what they were going to do. Hopefully as the 15th gets closer we get more info. I can’t see have 2 BTB playlists either.
Make sure you keep up with the Halo:Bulletins if you don’t already. This sounds like something they’d put in there.
