Playlist Continuity Lacking?

I really enjoy Halo 4 but one thing that tends to bug me is the lack of continuity across some core playlists and some future changes further worry me.

The problem I find is whenever you play a game you have to adjust your playstyle to the various core changes across playlists, not in terms of gametypes or player counts, but the core settings. This varies whether its Infinity, Pro, Throwdown etc. It feels like there are to many different variations of the game and it is difficult to adjust to each one.

What also worries me is the news of sandbox changes in specific playlists. If Legendary Slayer has specific weapon changes that are not affecting other playlists how can you get used to a weapon across multiple playlists.

I prefer being able to drop into a game with the same core settings across the board for the most part, such as in Halo 3 where every game felt near enough the same except for different weapon spawns.

If anyone gets what I’m saying please discuss!

I actually have to disagree, I don’t feel that to any real degree, except in the case of Throwdown, SWAT or Action Sack where the rules really are quite different.
