If someone could enlighten me please. So when I launch the MCC. I then will be able to pick one of the four games to play. So my question is will each game have its own playlist? So I can pick halo 2A then pick between slayer, objective, btb ect? Then pick halo 3 and still have the same playlist options? Slayer, objective , btb, ect? I know this has probably been explained before I just am still confused a bit!
Im not entirely sure. I think each game has their own playlist.
You won’t be able to pick Halo: Combat Evolved and then choose Team Slayer, Team Objective, etc.
There will be a few playlists at launch (you can see the full list of day one playlists here) and you’ll need to pick the one which has the game you want to play. Every game has at least ONE dedicated playlist.
- Halo CE Playlist - Halo: Combat Evolved- Halo 2 Playlist - Halo 2 Classic- Halo 3 Playlist - Halo 3- Halo 4 Playlist - Halo 4- Halo 2 Anniversary - Team Halo 2 Anniversary & Team Halo 2 Anniversary Social

One uses the Halo 2 classic engine and the other is the Halo 2: Anniversary engine. Simple enough.

No we can’t do this, because it would just make too much sense.

If that was the case, the community would be too spread thin across playlists, and we would never be able to enter any matches. They’re trying to find the sweet spot for number of playlists and players.
