It is almost impossible to join friends in my party. If our party ever does work, we get separated while searching for players periodically. Then, the option to Join or Invite Player goes away on the Find Game screen constantly. It is extremely frustrating that this keeps apparently being addressed in the patches but isn’t fixed.

It worked just fine for me last night when I was in a party with one other person. Today, I was in a party with two other people and we kept having to quit the game and restart just to get it to work.
I was having problems too, so were my friends. We all deleted the “save data” in “manage game” and then it all worked fine. Keep in mind deleting save data will delete things like checkpoints and single player progress.
