Playing the entire multiplayer without the reach disk? (also CEA related)

For those of you have have watched the live stream, do any of you remember frankie answering a question by saying:

“you will be able to access all the original reach multiplayer content with the use of the anniversary disk if you have reach installed on your harddrive” or along those lines?

That’s what I’ve heard, but I may be wrong.

So the thing is, when you install a game onto your HDD, you’ll still need the game disk to access the game. Well CEA technically has reach included in it (all in one disk sorta like the orange box, I assume), so that means that you can probably access the installed content through the CEA disk.

Now that means, that you can sell your reach disk after installing the entire game to your harddrive, then use the CEA disk to play all the multiplayer/firefight stuff, without the need of the original disk. The only thing non-accessible is the campaign, but that shouldn’t be a real concern for some.

I have little to no idea how this stuff works, so this could be completely wrong.
