Playing Halo mcc and Xbox store says I don’t own

I own the mcc on disk for Xbox one, yet when I go to the Xbox store it promps me to buy it, I also am unable to play the firefight mode because it says I don’t have the reach expansion installed yet when I go to the place to view game and addons it says it’s installed

Try completely deleting the game, and reinstalling it from the disc. My friend had something similar to that and reinstalling it from the disc fixed the issue.
