I’m not going to blame the players for using the most overpowered set of weapons because they want to stand a chance against everyone else doing the same thing.
What I will do is hope that 343i actually realizes the issues and does something about them. Which they have shown no sign or intention of doing. -_-.
1: Nerf the DMR.
2: Move Automatics into Sidearms.
3: Remove the PP and Boltshot as Sidearms, and place them in Personal Ordinance
4: Remove Rockets, Snipers, Shotties, Small Explosives and equivalents from Personal Ordinance, power weapons belong on maps.
5: Remove Grenade options aside from Frag Grenade, let players pick them up off the map.
They should just remove personal ordinance drops.
So much rage…
Anyway, I agree that Boltshot camping is an issue that robs the game of its fun sometimes. The range is too good, better than the scattershot it seems.
Stickies? Not a problem. They are WAY nerfed in this game. If you don’t actually stick the enemy, they will likely survive the explosion with a considerable amount of their shields intact.
DMR? Also not a problem. It’s not that it does too much damage, it’s that the AR could stand to do just a little little bit more.
…and they’ll be joining you at a later date due to surviving longer. Always follow the first law in common sense. When you find something that kills the lion easily, you use it and never put it down. Unless something else better comes along.
Oh yes let’s just turn the game back into Halo 3…get over it. The Bolt Shot is deadly in the hands of a master as is the DMR.
I hated the bolt shot, now that I have figured out how to use it, I can get vengeance on those who do it to me. Plus, it nullifies the sword and shotguns/scattershot nubes.
Stickies, yeah, sucks getting stuck, but that has been around forever. And remember playing as an Elite? Yeah, your loadout was stickies…
Plasma Nades are so much underpowered now, why are you against me? I loved those granades from the first Halo, and now they are so bad… X3
Best loadout in the game! You’d be crazy not to use it. -Yoinking!- sucks, but it is what it is.

Lol I agree with the OP. That gave me a good laugh.
2 sticks per spawn renders vehicles near useless.
Boltshot has longer one hit kill range than shotty. Load out secondary.
DMR outclasses all other load out weapons. Power, accuracy, RoF, magazine size, range.
Quit being dense. Denialists.
boltshot is the best weapon of all time… get so many nice around corner kills with it… use BR though not DMR
They just need to get rid of the boltshot as a loadout weapon. Make it an ordnance.
Honestly though the DMR is what it is. It excels on the bigger maps while certainly the other precision weapons excel on others. There just happens to be more bigger type maps.

I use Stickies because… well… why not?
But i dont use the Boltshot… I use the Plasma Pistol because there are only so many time I can get run over by a ghost and re-spawn in front of a Wraith to die instantly before I have to quit playing for a week…

You forgot to mention both grenade perks… and camo.
Everyone should only have a PP and pulse grenades, at any time.
Hmm, I use both the DMR and BR, they both have there own effective range. DMR works best for long range shots, while the BR, works for anything nearbye… or pot-shots to distract 
and the BR has a larger clip… you just go through it faster with 3 round shots.
