Player Traits In Loadouts?

I think it would be great if in the custom game options you could edit the player traits for each loadout. This would be great for Infection gametypes as you could have a choice between slow and strong infected, fast and weak infected and other combinations also including armour abilities. It would be a lot better than just being limited to the alpha zombie and regular zombie options. It would be great for Left4Dead style infection games.

Armour has been said to affect gameplay. To what extent we don’t know yet, but what you are talking about could be possible. Though I doubt we can make full on tank and scout classes where we can be stronger or faster (hopefully).

I think he is talking about for custom games where each team has certain load outs to choose from (all humans have scout and recon, all zombies have demon and berserker, for example), set by the game type not the player (like halo reach load outs). If that is the case, then i agree that that is a good idea.

Yes, this is want I meant. Player movement, jump height, health, damage and all other player traits should be customisable for each loadout in Custom Games. For example, the Demon loadout could have fast player movement speed and jump height but have low health and the Berserker loadout could have slow player movement speed and a low jump height but have much more health. There are many more possibilities.

I think the roles of “demon” and “berserker” would be reversed that you mentioned, but anyway, I think it is a little counter to the idea of your spartan becoming an infected.

I would want a “zombie version” of what I am, not a prewritten context of “A zombie, B zombie, and C zombie”. I think infection should add a percentage to your pre-existing abilities, and if your armor is light weight, then as a zombie your really lightweight. if your kinda tank, then as a zombie, well, your more tanky then other zombies.

that said, I don’t know if we will be able to use our loadouts, cause I don’t think spartans will use AA’s or guns (hopefully not, I don’t want to see jetpack zombies unless it’s a custom game) and I don’t even know if zombies will get melee weapons, they may get a unique melee animation for their unarmed strike that looks more like a zombie lunge. whatever happens, I think they will likely use preset loadouts.
