Do my existing stats (commendations, etc) get added to a Spartan Company when i join it?

You only add to a spartan company’s commendation progress for actions taken when a member of that company: so someone who contributed to one company gaining an Achilles can’t ‘move’ their progress to another company by leaving: the progress belongs to the company forever.
However, I believe (but only anecdotally) that on the spartan company service record page the stats look at each individual player’s stats and just do a sum-total - especially on the ‘stat leaders’ bit. obviously those don’t count for anything really.
Yeah, i did think that of that aspect of ‘balancing’ stats when people changed Companies.
