Player Problems, Help

Hey guys I really need help. Recently in the past months I have made a new X-Box Live Account and a new halo reach Character because of this accounts Payment problems. Before the payment problems, I had pre-orderd the Halo Reach Legendary Addition. When the game arrived I put the Flaming Helmet on to my account. But Suddenly, Microsoft informed me of payment problems so I made a new one and now both accounts (This one and EL1TE PANDAx) do not have the flaming helm. If anyone knows what I could do to get it back or who to contact that would be great.Tell me what I need to do and I will do it.

Theres an option on the xbox somewhere that allows you to redownload previous items, I think it’s in your system memory settings. Give it a look.

I’m confused on this whole thing, can you try to explain it better and with an actual timeline of when this happened?

I, too, am a bit confused. It sounds as if Microsoft e-mailed you to let you know that your account could not renew Xbox Live, as that’s usually the big thing that Microsoft would e-mail people about such an issue. I don’t know why it would be necessary to create a new account, however.
