I know that in past games, an excessive amount of suicides would lead to removal from the game. This didn’t happen in a recent match of Halo 2 Anniversary for PC. I don’t seem to be able to report the user in-game, but they had a score of -38 in a game of team slayer. Is this not bannable? The player wasn’t banned, and there was no way to report them.

I don’t think MCC has bans for people who commit suicide. You have to report them through Xbox Live. Look up there gamertag and then go to report and report them.
Isn’t ban someone a little bit too much? more likely restrict it to play that certain game for a amount of time, you expect someone to loose all their games because of it? it can be perfecly a brother playing with your console.
