Player Model Failing to Update?

I know it’s not a huge deal and all, but it’s more of a peeve for me to check out my service record and see an outdated Spartan. :confused:

Is this some sort of bug, or does it have to do with this site not linking with Bungie.net?

My player model is even up to date on Bungie.net and it seems to even take weeks on that site for my Spartan to update. Though, this time the change was immediate.

Please keep the whole ‘They’re just pixels get over it!’ comments on a down low, as I said it’s just more of a peeve for me than anything else.

My current player model for this site is outdated by many months.

Minor Issue and it’s the same on Bungie for some people and other mediums (my Android Service Record App changes randomly). Belongs in the Forum Bugs or Suggestions. That thread is for ALL issues. Not just forum bugs.

So long as this isn’t affecting your IN GAME model at the time of playing - should not be this big of an issue.

Eh same thing happened to Bungie as well.
Took them awhile to fix it.
I’m sure the devs are working as hard as they can to updated it. Just a little more patience.

On Waypoint, mine still has the Black Visor and Collar/Breacher [R] that I put on ONCE two months ago.

Bungie had me in my Steel/Silver getup for a bit.

And my SR App JUST recently took me out of my Noble Six armor and back in my current.

I can understand the frustration but again, this is such a minor issue since it’s not in game at the time. The other is how these kinds of threads just FLOOD the forums. You’d think people would look around or use the Search function instead of just posting b/c they can.

This all makes me think it should have an outcome like South Parks Human Cent-iPad.

For the record I haven’t really seen that many threads involving this particular problem, but then again I wasn’t really trying and I’ll admit it.

As for the flooding the forums thing, just ignore them and let them die once the question has been answered.

I posted this because I felt it as being easier than using the search feature which has NEVER worked for me. Bungie forums and the 343 forums.

Seriously, though, you could’ve avoided it but actually trying. What you’re telling us is “It’s ok. You guys can do it for me.”

Until you do it again and the reports roll in and you wonder why.

Though, I am beginning to take some of this personally. -__-

I get it, I should have searched. Regardless, I didn’t and received my answer. So what is the point of continuing this discussion?
